How to begin
- Confirm that private music instruction is eligible under the student’s current program.
- Select “Using scholarship funds” when booking so administration receives an alert.
- Complete any authorization, vendor, invoice, or reimbursement steps required by the program.
- Keep student, guardian, organization, and payer information accurate when those roles are different.
